| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了蛋白质组的含义以及蛋白质组研究的核心——用于分离的双向式电泳(2-DE)技术和主要的蛋白质鉴定技术包括图象分析技术、微量测序、与质谱相关的一些应用技术,同时,对蛋白质研究的新进展如双向电泳数据库和蛋白质组数据库,作简要介绍。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the Concept of Proteome and the major core of Proteome,such as two-dimensional gel electrophoresis technology (2-DE )using for Separation and protein authentication technology including the portrait analysis technique, DNA Sequence, Mass spectrometry etc. As the same time,the database of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis technology and Proteome are preferred. |
