摘    要:该文建立了电位滴定法测定茶叶中茶多酚含量的定量分析方法.以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,在硫酸强酸性介质中,用待测样品试液进行电位滴定,用一阶微分法确定待测样品试液的滴定终点体积,方法的RSD为4.07%(n=5),平均回收率为99.6%,该法准确、简便,可用于茶叶中茶多酚含量的测定.

Abstract:A new method for the determination of tea polyphenols(TP)by electric potential titration is described in the paper.The titration was accomplished with the sample solution as titrant and Potassium permanganate as the oxidizing agent in strong sulfuric acid medium.The end point of titration was determined with the first order differential method.The relative standard deviation for the measurement was 4.07%(n=5).The average recovery was 99.6%.The proposed method was accurate and simple and has been successfully applied to the determination of tea polyphenols in tea.
