摘    要:校长培训属于教育活动,富有教育价值。不同历史发展阶段,校长培训价值取向呈现出差异性。本文立足于教育基本价值,探析了我国校长培训价值取向的历史演变,并对实践性价值取向进行了合理性分析,对校长培训理论研究具有一定价值。

Abstract:Principal Training is an education activity with a great educational value.In different historical stages,there appear some differences on the value orientation of principal training.With the basis of educational value,this article mainly analyses the historical development of the value orientation of principal training in China,and the rationality of the values of practical orientation are explored also.
