| 摘 要： | 采用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）和症状自评量表（SCL—90），对扬州大学468名女大学生进行调查。运用t检验、相关和回归分析，探讨运动对人际关系、自我效能感和心理健康的影响以及运动通过影响人际关系、自我效能感间接促进心理健康。结果表明：1）运动群体的女大学生人际关系、自我效能感和心理健康水平显著好于非运动群体。说明运动对改善人际关系、提高自我效能感和促进心理健康有显著作用；2）运动群体的人际关系、自我效能感与心理健康状况有较强的相关性，运动通过改善人际关系、提高自我效能感对心理健康有间接的促进作用，即人际关系，自我效能感在运动对心理健康的影响中均起部分中介效应。而且人际关系在运动对心理健康的影响中起的中介效应稍大于自我效能感，但差异不大。

| Abstract: | Choosing the diagnosis of university students scale integrated relationships, a sense of general self - efficacy scale （ GSES ） and SCL （ SCL - 90 ）, to investigate Yangzhou University of 468 female collegeians. To explore the effects of Inter - people relations, self - efficacy and psychological health as well as to explore the relationship between them. The result of study shows ： 1 ） Sport can improve Inter - people relations, improve self - efficacy and the promotion of psychological health. 2 ） At the same time the close relationship between them, namely, Inter - people relations, self - efficacy of exercise on psychological health in the affected part in both the intermediate effect. As media for the impact on mental health with decreasingly important role despite of little difference. |
