| Abstract: | Since the scientific outlook on development was put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the sixteen Communist Party of China, our Party consider it as an important indicator of China＇s economic and social development. The scientific outlook on development is the important strategic thought and outstanding advantage in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Socialism not only seeks wealth but also achieves the ideal of common prosperity fundamentally, which is the biggest advantage of socialism. |
