| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺疾病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的含量变化.方法 采用胶乳凝集反应法检测52例乳腺炎、37例乳腺囊性增生、29例乳腺囊肿、20例乳腺肌瘤和45例健康对照者血清中hs-CRP含量,并进行对比分析.结果 乳腺炎、乳腺囊性增生组的血清中hs-CRP含量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;乳腺囊肿,乳腺肌瘤组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 炎症反应性疾病患者hsCRP升高,而良性肿瘤患者hs-CRP含量正常.

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the content changes of serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein （hs - CRP）in mammary gland disease patients. Methods： using latex agglutination method to detect 52 cases of mastitis, 37 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands, 29 cases of mammary gland cyst, 20 cases of breast fibroids and 45 cases of healthy controllers hs - CRP levels in serum, and then implement comparison analysis. Results： mastitis in serum hs - CRP levels compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and mammary gland hyperplasia, mammary gland fibroids compared with healthy control group, there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion hs - CRP rises with inflammation disease patients and patients with benign tumor normal. |
