| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法对湖北省中小城市28所瑜伽健身俱乐部的经营者、前台营销人员与瑜伽健身教练员的综合素质进行调查。结果表明：瑜伽俱乐部大部分分布在市区繁华地带;瑜伽俱乐部经营管理者综合素质偏低;瑜伽健身俱乐部营销人员对瑜伽项目不够了解;瑜伽教练员结构不合理,稳定性不足。建议：建立瑜伽协会,加强交流,推动瑜珈运动发展;注重瑜伽俱乐部网络分布,为学员提供方便;加强营销人员专业培训,引导瑜伽爱好者加入健身俱乐部;加强瑜伽教练员培训,提高教练员的专业素质。

| Abstract: | By using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods, 25 yoga fitness club operators, front desk staff and the overall quality of marketing yoga fitness coaches were investigated in small and medium cities in Hubei Province. The results showed that： most of the yoga clubs located in the urban downtown area; low yoga club managers＇ comprehensive quality; yoga fitness club marketers don＇t know enough about the project; irrational structure of yoga trainers, lack of stability; Recommendations： establish Yoga associations to strengthen exchanges to promote the development of yoga movement; emphasise yoga club distribution network, providing convenience for students; strengthen marketing staff professional training, guiding yoga enthusiasts to join a health club; strengthen yoga trainer training to improve the professional quality of the coaches. |
