| 摘 要： | 目的研究前列腺特异性抗原（Prostatespecific antigen,PSA）检测用于前列腺癌筛查的临床价值。方法收集1044例住院人群PSA检测资料与前列腺癌检出率进行统计分析。结果 1044例中有16.57%（173例）血清中PSA有不同程度增高,最高值在300 ng/ml以上,且随年龄增大其增高程度及增高比例逐渐增加;前列腺癌检出率为0.957%,在50~79岁人群检出率为6.4%。结论前列腺特异性抗原检测用作前列腺癌的常规筛查临床价值不高,用于高危人群筛查有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of PSA detection in the screening of prostate cancer. Methods A Have a statistical analysis of 1044 cases of inpatients＇ PSA testing data and rate of prostate cancer. Results PSA in the serum of 16.57% （173 cases） of 1044 cases increased with the highest value above 300 ng/ml, and the degree and the proportion gradually increased with the age advanced ; prostate cancer detection rate was 0.957%, 6.4% in 50 to 79 years old. Conclusion the clinical value of PSA detection in the daily screening of prostate cancer is not high, but good value for high-risk population. |
