| 摘 要： | 明晰银行客户金融隐私权的法律概念和范围是我们研究银行客户金融隐私权的基础和前提。然而"金融隐私权"在我国不是一个法律概念,金融隐私权相关保护制度也较为落后,银行客户金融隐私权的概念的提出是建立在对银行客户进行合理鉴定的基础之上,针对这一主体(近限于自然人主体)的金融隐私权进行探讨,希望能理清银行客户金融隐私权的内涵和外延,为具体制度的研究和建立带来借鉴。

| Abstract: | Study financial privacy of bank customers must base on the clear＇and premise of the relevant legal concepts of the pnvacy oi bank customers. However, There is not one unified and definite concept and norm of the right of financial privacy so far in our country. The reason lies in lacking the affirmation of legal position of the right of financial privacy and ignoring value analyse is and necessity analysis of the right of financial privacy protection. This paper defines the concept from the perspective of bank customers and clarify the connotation and extension of financial privacy. |
