| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和访谈法,调查了我国体育经纪人培训的现状,分析了当前我国体育经纪人培训中出现的问题:短期培训缺乏系统性、课程内容重理论轻实践、培训途径及形式单一、需求评估和效果评估缺位等.在此基础上提出了体育经纪人培训应遵循的原则,并构建出以高校为依托的体育经纪人分层培训体系.
