| Abstract: | In order to attain more innovative achievements in scientific research in colleges and universities, it is necessary to seize the opportunity to powerful teams of academic innovation. Therefore, the establishment of such teams has become a task and target of great importance in establishment of higher learning. Such issues as the orientation, the constitution and the culture of the teams are critical to the successful foundation of them. |
