摘    要:学校心理综合素质测评指导系统是在"全人教育"理论背景下研究开发的以诊断为手段,以指导为目的的综合素质测试系统,它能对学生、家长、教师的心理、品质、知识和技能等素质进行全面科学的分析、诊断和指导.这一系统的效度和信度均达到科学要求和国内领先水平,其开发具有挑战性和创新性.

Abstract:"The Psychologically Comprehensive Measurement,Appraisement and Guidance System in schools"(hereinafter referred to as PCMAGS),in the form of pc software,is professionally established to measure,appraise and guide the comprehensive qualifications of students,parents and teachers.The PCMAGS works on the theoretical basis of holistic person education and the method of diagnoses is adopted.The system ultimately aims at guiding students,parents and teachers.In each phases,their qualifications including factors in all aspects of intelligence and non-intelligence are analyzed,diagnosed and guided concerning psychology,characters,knowledge,skills and etc.The effectiveness and reliability of the system have met the scientific requirements and come up to the advanced national standards and it is a challenging and innovative task to develop the system.
