| 摘 要： | 核心竞争力是图书馆生存和持续发展的重要保证。在概述高校图书馆核心竞争力内涵及特征的基础上,重点阐述了学科馆员在高校图书馆核心竞争力构建中的作用,指出高校图书馆应建立健全学科馆员制度,采取激励机制,提高学科馆员服务水平,增强核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Core competence is the important guarantee of library survival and development.This paper summarizes the contents and characteristics of university library core competence,expounds the roles of subject librarian in constructing uni-versity library core competence,and puts forward that university libraries should strengthen their core competence through establishing subject librarian systems,consolidating incentive mechanism,improving subject librarians’ ser-vice level. |
