| 摘 要： | 基于规模持续增长、实训基地建设加快、政府统筹已具雏形、依法治教积极推广等良好起点,我国高职教育仍存在就业形势严峻、生源竞争激烈、发展定位不明确、管理调控失效等问题.为促使高职健康发展,必须坚持以就业为导向,明确办学定位,加大投入,调整办学机制,建立有效的中介组织,加强发展与落后地区的高职教育"对口支援",并拓展国际交流与合作.

| Abstract: | Since 1999,the higher vocational education in our country has developed rapidly in students' number, school condition,government administration and related law construction. However it still has many problems, such as grave employment situation,disordered enrollment,ambiguous positioning,public prejudice,narrow right of self-management and backward construction of practicing base. To get healthy development,it should take employment as its orientation and make clear positioning. The government should enlarge its investment, strengthen supports to vocational education of western areas,and expand international coorperation. |
