| 摘 要： | 农村金融是现代农村经济的核心,只有建立现代农村金融制度,才能形成农村金融支持“三农”发展的长效机制,最终实现农村经济繁荣与发展。本文从建立多元化的农村金融体系、大力发展农业保险、建立农村信贷担保机制和政策激励机制、加快农村金融创新等几方面分析了构建现代农村金融制度的具体途径。
