鲁米诺流动注射化学发光法测定呋喃西林的含量

摘    要:基于过氧化氢与鲁米诺化学发光反应,并应用MPI-F型流动注射化学发光仪分析测定呋喃西林含量的方法。该方法的最佳测定条件:H2O20.10mol/l,NaOH0.10mol/l,鲁米诺5.0×10-6mol/l,负高压为800V,蠕动泵主泵运行10s后副泵运行30s,接着主泵继续转动10s,副泵30s,如此循环,上述化学发光强度因呋喃西林的存在而显著减弱,且其强度的减弱值(ΔI)与呋喃西林浓度在0.0500-2.00μg/ml之间呈线性关系,方法的检出限为0.0100μg/ml。对0.100μg/ml的呋喃西林进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为6.50%。该法已成功测定了三种不同浓度呋喃西林精粉的含量,其相对标准偏差分别为2.01%、1.25%、3.50%,平均回收率在98.8%-100.5%之间。

Abstract:the experiment in this paper is based on the chemiluminescence emission produced upon mixing a hydrogen peroxide solution with an alkaline luminol solution and a MPI-F flow-injection chemiluminescence instrument was employed as well. The optimum condition for this method is described as below:H2O20.1mol/1, NaOH0.1mol/1, luminol 5.0x10-6mol/1, negative high voltage 800V, main peristaltic pump runs for 10s and entailed by sub-peristaltic pump for 30s and this cycle is repeated;the intensity of chemiluminescence was apparently weakened due to the existence of Furacilin, and the weakening value (△I) has a linear relation with the content of Furacilin at 0.0500-2.00μg/mL, the determination limit of this method is 0.0100μg/mL. 11 parallel measurements were carried out upon 0.0100μg/mL Furacilin, the relative standard deviation is 6.50%. This method has successfully measured the content of Furacilin of three different condensations, the relative deviation were 2.01%, 1.25% and 3.50%respectively;the average recycling rates are between 98.8%and 100.5%.
