| 摘 要： | 学习支持服务是影响开放教育教学质量的重要因素，在当前开放大学的建设中，必须充分认识学习支持服务的重要性，加强学习支持服务工作；加强对网络环境下的学习支持服务的探讨；推进现代信息技术在学习支持服务中的应用；构建符合开放大学办学模式的学习支持服务教师团队，建立健全教师培训和管理机制，努力提升各类教师的服务能力；逐步建立、完善与落实有效的学习支持服务管理、评价和监控机制。

| Abstract: | Learning support service is an important factor affecting the teaching quality of open education, so its importance should be fully recognized in the current construction of Open University. The study on learning support service should be en- hanced in order to advance the application of modern information technology in learning support service. The teachers team of learning support service adapted to the school-running mode of Open University should be built up, the teaching training and ad- ministrative mechanism should be set up and amplified, the service capability of various teachers hence will be improved. Mean- while, the effective management, evaluation and monitoring mechanism of learning support service should be set up, perfected and implemented. |
