| 摘 要： | 开放大学教育以应用型人才培养为目标是国家政策的要求，更是自身持续发展的现实选择。成人学习者对职业技能提升的需求和应用型人才培养的职业技能教育属性，决定了在开放教育中开展职业技能教育是培养应用型人才的有效途径。在开放教育教学体系下开展职业技能教育包括开放大学实体办学的平台搭建，职业性的专业、课程设计和资源整合，“混合型”教学模式设计，“双师型”教师队伍建设以及“学分银行”建设等重要内容。

| Abstract: | Open Universities aiming to cultivate application-oriented talents not only meets the requirement of country＇s policy, but also satisfies the needs of the open universities development. Adult learners＇need for vocational development and the vocational characteristics of application-oriented talents cultivation determine that vocational training is an effective approach to cultivating application-oriented talents in open education. Vocational training under open education system includes such main contents as platform construction, the integration of professional majors, course design and resources, ＂ blending＂ teaching mode design, construction of ＂double-qualified＂ teacher team and ＂credit bank＂. |
