| Abstract: | The target of value decision of the editorial mainstay is a structural system of united various factors.It's a kind of ideal model and can be operated realistially.To attain it has to abide by the developmental principle,the contrast principle,the principle of social adaption,the principle of belief expectation and that of comprehensive creation. |
