摘    要:幼儿教师的专业发展不仅需要外力的支持与帮助,更需要教师主体本身的觉醒和坚持。采用教育叙事的质性研究方式,从幼儿教师个人生活史的角度展现幼儿教师专业发展历程,探析影响幼儿教师专业发展的主体因素。对教育的热爱是幼儿教师专业发展的原动力,自主发展的意识和能力是幼儿教师专业发展的关键,教师的专业生活和教育实践是幼儿教师专业发展的基础和源泉。
