| 摘 要： | 市场经济快速发展加速了企业转型进度,转型企业需要有效地吸收和转化新进入产业的知识,识别转型过程中存在的风险,积极促进企业正常转型.结合转型企业的组织特性以及企业特性,本文构建了转型企业知识转移的风险指标体系,引入BP神经网络算法,提出基于BP神经网络的转型企业知识转移风险评价模型,实验结果证明该算法能够很好地评估和预测企业知识转移面临的风险.

| Abstract: | The rapid development of market economy has accelerated the progress of enterprise transformation, transformation of enterprises need to be effectively absorbed and transformed into the industry of new knowledge, the risk identification process in the transformation of enterprises, and actively promote the normal transformation.Combined with the characteristics of enterprise organization transformation and the characteristics of enterprises, this paper constructed the transformation of enterprise knowledge transfer risk index system, the introduction of BP neural network algorithm, the transfer of risk evaluation model of knowledge transformation of enterprises based on BP neural network, the experimental results showed that the algorithm is able to assess and forecast the risk of enterprise knowledge transfer. |
