| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术发展,传统的图书管理模式受到了很大的挑战,如何在单位园区网内建立自己的信息服务系统,是我们每一个图书管理人员必须面对的问题.从网络环境下信息服务工作的现状出发,提出了建立以用户为中心、以用户为驱动的一体化交互式信息服务体系的思想,解决了网络环境下信息资源有限、管理混乱、网络利用率低的现象,并重点从总体架构、信息服务网站、信息数据库及特色库建设、安全体系建设、信息服务队伍等方面对交互式信息服务体系的建设进行了深入探讨.

| Abstract: | With the development of computer network technology,the conventional laboratory management mode is facing a great challenge.How to establish our own information service system in local area network is a problem faced by every librarian.This paper starts from the current situation of information service under network environment and puts forward the idea of establishing an integrated interactive information service system centered on the customers and driven by the customers so as to solve the problems of the limited information source,disordered management and low network utility ratio under network environment.A thorough discussion is given with emphasis on general structure,information service station,information database and special database,security system structure and information service team. |
