| 摘 要： | 任何运动技能训练或运动成绩与时间周期,大多呈S型或波浪式曲线,时而上升,时而下降,这是符合运动技能形成过程的普遍规律。只有科学地运用这一理念,才能成功地指导我国乒乓球运动训练与比赛。我国乒乓球队之所以长盛不衰,正是充分地掌握这一客观规律,致使我国乒乓球事业处于主导地位,捍卫了国球的荣誉。

| Abstract: | It is in line with the objective law that there is a periodic return, that is to say,achievements in all kinds of athletic training of athleticism rise some time and fall some time in a style of the shape of S or a undulating curve. It can't direct our nation's training and competing of table tennis until we use this concept scientifically. The reason why Chinese table tennis team can make great strides is that we have grasped this objective law and made China's table tennis in a top standing, and thus upheld honor for our nation. |
