| 摘 要： | 方法：在生理学实验教学中，采一滴指血，同时做两个实验，即血型测定和血涂片的制作。目的：通过上述实验方法的设计，在原计划《生理学》实验“血型测定”为两个学时的实验内容中，增加了已学组织学实验内容“血涂片的制作”，使学生在有限的一次实验课中，节省了采血的次数，扩展了实验内容，增加了学生亲自参与实验的机会，提高了学生实践动手能力和思维能力。在学新知识的同时，巩固了已学知识，从而达到了知识“迁移”的目的。

| Abstract: | Experiment methods: gather a drop of finger blood,to make the two experiments at the same time, blood type determination and blood smear making, in the experiment teaching of physiology Purposes: by the design of experiment methods above, add the blood smear making from histology Experiments, the content that students have learned, in the teaching plan for blood type determination that is necessary to offer two classes It makes students reduce the times of gathering blood in time-limited experiment,extend experiment contents,add the opportunities for students participating in experiment personally, improve their abilities of practice and thought, strengthen their old knowledge while receiving new one, thus reaching the purpose of moving knowledge It is a new try for experiment teaching reform |
