Customer-Classified Algorithm Based on Fuzzy Clustering Analysis
Abstract:A customer-classified evaluation system is described with the customization-supporting tree of evaluation indexes, in which users can determine any evaluation index independently. Based on this system, a customer-classified algorithm based on fuzzy clustering analysis is proposed to implement the customer-classified management. A numerical example is presented, which provides correct results,indicating that the algorithm can be used in the decision support system of CRM.
