课堂生态观

摘    要:课堂教学是一个系统的立体建构,教师、学生、知识各个要素的关系和相互作用是复杂且多变的。课堂教学对于教学双方的意义在于,是否能够对个体的可持续发展起积极的促进作用。进而言之,课堂教学是否以一种生态化的模式进行,是否意识到教学的“节点”不仅在学科知识中起着承上启下的联接,而且在个体整个综合素质发展中都有“窥一斑而见全豹”的作用。对课堂的审视就不能仅仅从教师或者学生出发,而应该从生态化的角度进行,着眼于未来发展,使课堂成为具有开放性、整体性和可持续发展的生态系统。

Abstract:Classroom teaching is a systematic and stereoscopic construction in which the relation and interaction among teacher, student and knowledge are complex and varied. The significance of teaching to both teacher and student lies in whether it can promote the sustainable development of an individual and that is whether classroom teaching is ecological and can play its role in the development of an individual's comprehensive quality. So we can't survey the classroom just from teacher or student, but from the ecological perspective, and make the classroom an ecological system of openness, integrity and sustainable development.
