| 摘 要： | 《国务院关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》的出台，为闽台物流业交流合作提供新的发展契机，闽台亟需探索物流资源整合途径与合理模式。物流资源整合相关的经济学理论主要有区域分工贸易理论、交易费用理论、产业集聚理论、增长极理论、点轴开发理论等。这些理论为闽台物流资源整合提供了应用理论依据。
