| 摘 要： | 鄱阳湖生态经济需要大量高素质技能型人才，但当地的职业教育还难以满足需要。当前。江西省职业教育存在观念落后、资源配置与经济发展不协调、各层次职业衔接沟通不畅、校企合作缺乏长效机制等问题，组建有区域特色的职教集团是破解职业教育困境的关键，而解决职教集团难题的关键则是体制创新。

| Abstract: | Poyang Lake ecological economy needs a hrge number of high quality talents, but local vocational education is difficttlt to meet the needs of it. This article has analyzed the existing problems of vocational education in Jiangxi province, and advised to establish regional characteristic vocational education group. This is the key to solve the problems of vocational education. The key of it is the system innovation. |
