| 摘 要： | 当前,河北省新农村建设方向正确。成就显现。农村生产持续发展。农民生活水平不断提高，文明新风初步形成，“美丽村庄”已现成效。基层民主初具规模。但与此同时，也存在一些制约发展的因素。如省内农村经济发展不平衡．城乡居民生活差距显著。农民整体素质尚待提高；农村基层缺乏有效管理机制等。未来河北省新农村建设必将建立在消灭城乡实质差距的基础上进行。目的是让农民过上与市民一样甚至比市民更好的生活。

Present Status and Trend of New Rural Construction in Hebei Province |

| Abstract: | The current new rural construction in Hebei province is in the right direction and gets marvelous achievements with the sustainable development of the rural productivity, constant improvement of farmers＂ life ,civilized behavior, ＂beautiful village＂ , and grassroots democracy. But at the same time, the existing problems have already become the bottleneck of the rural economic development,such as significant gap between urban and rural life, farmers＂ overall quality; incomplete covering of ＂Beautiful village＂ ,lacking of effective management mechanism,etc. New rural construction in Hebei province must be built on the basis of eliminating the substantial gap between urban and rural areas with the purpose to give farmers same or even better life of the citizens. |
