| Abstract: | New psychological characteristics and problems have emerged among vocational students. Regarding to these new psychological development characteristics,vocational colleges should make effective actions corresponding to the education circumstances. Reforms must be carded out in many aspects,from the philosophy of education,learning system,personnel training mode and multi-evaluation system to harmonious environment for students＇ mentality. Only in this way,the development of vocational students＇ mentality could be promoted with harmony. |
