| Abstract: | ZhuZhiCi is a kind of poetry reflecting the natural condition and social customs from the view of folklore.It records the local customs and practices of every place and in some degree,acts as the history of a folk.It thus is an important material for the research of local folk culture.Studying the ZhuZhiCi written by the scholars and officials of Wenzhou in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China can gain a more concrete understanding of Wenzhou marriage custom at that time. |
