大型起重机械的拉杆设计

摘    要:随着起重机械的大型化,由于拉杆自重弯曲而引起的应力十分可观,对之至今尚无恰当的计算方法。本文通过建立拉杆挠曲线微分方程并求解,得出考虑拉力对挠曲影响的设计方法。文中还给出数表,便于实际应用。

Abstract:As the hoisting machinery becomes larger,the bending stress of the staybar caused by its dead weight goes higher. No proper design method is available up to now. By deriving and solving the differentiating equation of the deflection curve of the staybar, this paper develops a design method, which takes into account the effect of the tensile force of the staybar upon its deflection.A coefficient table is compiled for practical use.
