| 摘 要： | 旅游循环经济作为一种崭新的实施旅游可持续发展战略的最佳经济发展模式已经被世界各国普遍接受和重视。我国旅游业的快速增长给环境、经济、社会带来了不少问题，影响了旅游业可持续发展的顺利开展。我们应根据中国具体国情，积极借鉴和汲取国外的先进经验，构建和完善具有中国特色的旅游循环经济制度体系，包括政策机制体系、法律法规体系、科技研发体系、社会宣传体系等，使旅游循环经济法制化、社会化。

| Abstract: | Cyclic economy of tourism has conomic development model of the sustainable in our country presents some problems for our been widely accepted and concerned all over the world as the best edevelopment strategies in tourism. The increasing growth of tourism environment, economy, society, and affects the sustainable development of tourism smoothly. Therefore, we should establish and perfect the system of cyclic economy of tourism with Chinese characteristics, use the experience of other countries for reference and absorbs their advanced experience, including policy mechanism system, law and regulation system, scientific research system, social media system and so on to make the cyclic economy of tourism legalize and socialize. |
