| 摘 要： | 执政合法性是社会成员基于某种价值信仰而对现存政治秩序和政权的认可、支持。中国共产党最初获得执政合法性是建立在革命合法性基础上，是历史的、人民的选择。21世纪，中国共产党处在复杂的国际、国内环境申，其执政合法性面临世界政治多极化、经济体制转型、社会结构变迁和功利价值等方面的新挑战。面对新挑战，中国共产党要重视发挥意识形态的价值导向功能，强化社会利益表达和整合功能，继续保持经济不断增长，加强民主政治建设．以维护其执政合法性。
