| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对广东省国有大型厂矿职工全民健身活动的新趋势进行研究,结果表明：国有大型厂矿职工对体育的认知水平较高,参加体育活动的比例高;体育人口比例高,且每次活动时的强度达到中等程度及以上者的比例接近发达国家水平;参加体育活动的时间安排呈现出职业性的特点;职工家庭体育消费仍以实物性消费为主;职工参加体育活动的项目表现出趣味性游戏性的特点;各级工会、体育协会等组织起着举足轻重的作用。
