| 摘 要： | 我国正处于加速发展、急速变革的社会转型期,市场经济高度繁荣,公民道德责任却产生了严重危机,轰动一时的南京＂彭宇案＂就是一个典型案例。它有力说明了,当前社会诚信丧失,职业道德沦丧,行业自律失范。重建公民道德责任,需要树立现代公民道德责任意识,提高公民道德责任感,坚持依法治国与以德治国相结合,增强政府公共服务能力,弥补政府监管上的漏洞。

| Abstract: | China is now undergoing tremendous social transition,and it reforms and develops rapidly.The reform occurring in social and economic system not only brings material affluence into people's life,but also produces moral deficiency in implementing people's civic responsibilities.This paper,by analyzing the sensational case of PENG Yu in Nanjing,will find out the current situation and reasons that induce people's moral deficiency in the transitional period and offer proposals based on the present situation. |
