| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展,城市老人在物质需求基本得到满足的同时,精神文化需求日益凸显出来,尤其是城市空巢老人。体育作为老人精神文化生活的重要内容,对提高他们的生活质量及构建和谐老龄化社会都有着重要的作用。以城市空巢老人对体育的需求和满足情况为视角,提出以国家和政府法规、政策为保障,以社区体育服务为依托,以社会体育团体组织服务为补充,以老人自助互助为原则,建立城市空巢老人体育需求支持系统。
