国内健身俱乐部消费者行为研究综述

摘    要:通过查找、梳理国内健身俱乐部消费者行为研究的相关文献,发现当前研究视角具有多元化的特点、跨学科领域研究增多.与此同时,研究方法以定性分析为主,问卷调查法是获取数据的主要渠道.文章还比较了不同类别城市健身俱乐部消费者的消费动机、购买行为、满意度评价和影响因素四个方面的研究成果.据此评述当前研究成果,展望未来研究趋势,以期能为我国健身俱乐部消费者行为研究提供有益参考.

Abstract:Through searching and sorting the relevant literature studying consumer behavior in domestic fitness clubs, it is found that the current research perspectives is diversified and interdisciplinary research is on the increase. In addition, the research is chiefly based on qualitative analysis, and questionnaire survey is the main tool for data acquisition. A comparative study is made of research achievements in terms of the consumer motivation, consumer behavior, satisfaction evaluation and the influencing factors in different types of urban fitness clubs, on the basis of which the current research achievements are reviewed and the future research trend is predicted in hope of providing practical suggestions for reference for future consumer behavior study in our country.
