| 摘 要： | 强化党内监督关键是创新体制.目前存在的腐败现象高发,源于权力缺少必要的监督,现行的纪律检查体制存在诸多弊端,必须从创新党内纪律检查体制入手加强对权力的监督,遏制腐败现象的滋生.改革现行纪律检查体制可以从三方面入手.

| Abstract: | The innovative system is the key to strengthening the supervision over inner-Party. The rising corruption at present results from lack of the indispensable supervision over and numerous drawbacks for the present system of inspecting discipline. To strengthen the supervision over power and contain the multiplication of corruption, it is imperative to start with the innovative system of inspecting discipline for inner-Party. To reform the present system of inspecting discipline, we can begin with three aspects. |
