| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育及其发展过程中,存在着各种错综复杂的矛盾,其对立统一关系对大学生心理健康教育活动规律产生重要的影响.提高大学生心理健康教育效果最根本的途径就在于认识和掌握心理健康教育规律,只有遵循这些规律,才能有效地实现大学生心理健康教育的目的和要求.

| Abstract: | There are complicated and various conflicts in the process of the development of psychological health edu-cation for university students,which include not only the internal conflicts but also the external conflicts.The relations of the unity of opposities between the conflicts determine the rule of activity of psychological health education.The way to achieve effectively the aim of psychological health education is to understand,grasp and follow the rule of psychological heath education. |
