摘    要:师范教育服务期制度是师范教育制度的重要组成部分,是师范教育效果顺利达成的保障制度。我国师范教育服务期制度经历了清末建立到民国时期的不断完善两个发展阶段,其实施效果也各不相同。纵观20世纪前半叶我国师范教育服务期制度,可以发现:师范教育服务期制度自清末制定始,呈不断严苛之势;师范教育服务期制度在一定程度上保证了师范毕业生从事教育,为基础教育服务;由于制度的缺陷和执行中弹性过大,师范生服务期制度无法达到应有效果。

Abstract:The period of service system of normal education is an important component of the normal education system.It's the system which guaranteed the effect of normal education effectively.The history of the period of service system of normal education in China could be divided into two periods: the formulation of the period of service system in the last years of the Qing Dynasty and the period of service system consummated unceasingly in the Republic of China.The effect of the implementation of the period of service system of the two periods is different.Looking over the history of the period of service system in the first half of 20th century,we could find the following facts: the period of service system got more and more strict from its being set out and it ensured for most students to serve the elementary education after graduating to a certain extent.Because of the flaw of the period of service system and oversized flexible factors in execution,it could not get the ideal effect after the implementation of the period of service system of normal education.
