| Abstract: | Root tips of Vicia faba were treated with colchicine, 8 - hydroxyquinoline, para -dichlorobenzene, low temperature(4℃). And effects of nuclear and chromosomal aberrations in root tip cells induced by these four preparation factors were analysed comparatively. |
