| 摘 要： | 高校法学教育的实践教学改革,已越来越引起我国法学教育界的关注。选择创建社区＂法律诊所＂实践教学模式,构成大学法学教育的一个重要组成部分。针对社区＂法律诊所＂实践教学的特点,逐步建立其完备的管理机制,充分利社区＂法律诊所＂这个平台,有意识地培养学生良好的意志品质和具有创新意识的实践能力。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,an increasing number of professors in legal education pay attention to the practice of university teaching reform of legal education.Among the significant components of constituting a university legal education is to create a community"legal clinic"practice teaching mode.Based on the characteristics of community"legal clinic"practice teaching,legal education gradually establish its complete management mechanism,make full use of this platform-the community"legal clinic",and consciously cultivate students' good volition quality and innovative ability of practice. |
