摘    要:高等教育面临着市场经济的严峻挑战,把竞争机制引入高等教育是教育改革的必然趋势。与经济竞争、科学竞争相同,教育竞争说到底也是人才的竞争。加快人才市场建设,完善人才流动机制,留住人才,吸引人才,在日趋激烈的人才争夺大战中立于不败之地,是高校人事管理改革的切入点。

Abstract:Faced with severe challenges brought by the market oriented economy, higher education must adopt a competition system, which is an unavoidable trend in education reform. Similar to the economic and scientific competition, the education competition is fundamentally that of talents. How to quicken the construction of the talents market and to improve the flow of trained personnel so as to attract and keep them is a critical task in personnel management reforms at university level. Only in this way can the school occupy a favorable position in the increasingly fierce talent competitions.
