| 摘 要： | 我国现行连带责任制度对债权人利益的保护极为充分,但对债务人即连带责任人的权利保障却十分欠缺.针对现行机制存在的弊端,主张赋予连带责任人先执行抗辩权,并实行求偿权实现非诉讼化.
