| 摘 要： | 开放教育是随着现代信息技术发展而产生的一种新型教育形式，开放教育试点项目的实施给电大教育的教材管理提出了全新的挑战，强化教材科学管理刻不容缓。我们必须从教材管理制度化、管理高效化、管理人员专业化、管理方式现代化入手，创新教材管理的制度体系和管理模式。
