| 摘 要： | 党的十六届六中全会做出了《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》，要在全社会倡导和谐理念，培育和谐精神，建设和谐文化。高等学校作为弘扬先进文化、培育人才的重要阵地，应当为构建社会主义和谐社会发挥更重要的作用，做出更大贡献。在新形势下，如何坚持“以人为本”，有针对性地做好高校教师思想政治工作，这对构建和谐校园，促进高校健康发展，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee have made（（Resolutions of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues regarding the Building of a Harmonious Socialist Society））, advocating the harmonious idea in the whole society, foster harmonious spirit, build harmonious culture. The college, as the important position that carries forward advanced culture and fosters talents, should play a more important role in order to construct the socialist harmonious society, make greater contribution. Under the new situation, how to insist “human-oriented”, do the college teacher＇s idea and politics work well pointedly, this have important realistic meanings to construct the harmonious campus, promote the healthy development of university. |
