| 摘 要： | 应当在以前的教学手段和方法上进行适当的改革,指导思想上以整体教学为主,在技术上突出节奏,以跑为主,同时一定要注重把技术教学、心理教学和身体素质练习有机的结合起来,以达到优化教学手段的目的,提高跨栏跑的教学质量。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the teaching methods and improve the teaching quality of hurdle race,the paper discusses that guiding thought of hurdle race teaching should be based on integrated teaching: emphasis should be given to rhythm with running as a core in terms of technique;in the meanwhile, technical teaching,mental education and training of physical fitness should be combined. |
