| 摘 要： | 现代婚姻的不稳定性愈益突出,迫切需要建构婚姻责任制,对婚前、婚姻存续期间直到婚姻解除的全程进行指导。使婚姻自由而又不失稳定,重视责任而又不会扭曲人性。重视家庭,明确责任,注重教化的综合治理模式是中国传统文化的精华。婚姻责任制的构建既是对中国传统文化的弘扬,又会有助于婚姻家庭、国家社会的协调发展,是适时有效的制衡器,符合建设和谐社会的要求。

| Abstract: | The unsteadiness of the modern marriage is gradually becoming outstanding,so it is an urgent need to construct the marriage responsibility system to guide the whole course from the period of before getting married,in marrige till renouncing a marriage so as to reach the freedom but harmonious stability of the marriage system,attach importance to responsibilities but do not distort humanity.Valuing families,making clear the responsibility,paying attention to the multipurpose management model are the cream of Chinese traditional culture.The marriage responsibility system inheriting the Chinese traditional culture,would contribute to the stability of the marriage families and coordinated growth of the whole society,which meet the request of constructing the harmonious society. |
