| 摘 要： | 高等学校的学生管理工作,特别是对学生学籍的管理是高校行使管理权的内容。高校管理者的自主权不是民事权利,而是法律授权和政府下放的准行政权力;学生的受教育权是受法律保护的权利,剥夺这种权利的理由应由法定,非依法不能被剥夺。

| Abstract: | Management work of college,especially management of student's status is the content of management right exerted by university.The autonomous right of college administrators is not the civil rights but the quasi administrative right authorized by law and transferred to lower level by government.The educated right of students is protected by law and the reason to deprive the right should be legal and it can't be deprived illegally. |
